Office 365 contact information selection in StarID Self-Service

Do you sign into email using your StarID@go.minnstate.edu or StarID@minnstate.edu? You can use your StarID self-service profile page to select your primary contact information in Minnesota State’s shared Office 365.

 

If you have more than one email address, you may choose which one to use as your primary Office 365 email address. When you send email, it will appear to come from that address.

If you are affiliated with more than one college or university, setting your primary email address also updates the contact information (email, SharePoint, Skype for Business, etc.). For employees, this includes mailing address and job title.

 

If you are both a student and employee, each email address is managed separately.
